Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tolkra, an AI-powered document data-extraction service operated by Komforan ("Tolkra", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Tolkra lets teams configure flows that define which data fields to extract from images, and lets operational staff photograph documents to receive structured data. Features, quotas, and availability may change over time as we improve the product.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Workspace owners are responsible for the members they invite and the roles they assign. You must have the authority to grant access to any workspace you administer.

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you must not upload content you have no right to process, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, use it to break the law, or exceed the plan limits through automated abuse.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to submit images and personal data for processing, and for complying with applicable data-protection law in your use of the extracted data.

You retain all rights to the images you upload and the data extracted from them ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and analyse Your Content solely to provide the service to you, including sending images to our AI provider for extraction.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and for the accuracy and lawful use of the results.

Extraction results are produced by an automated AI model and are provided with confidence scores. They may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying results before relying on them, and you should not treat them as professional, legal, or financial advice.

The service offers a free tier and paid subscription plans with monthly run limits. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Run quotas reset each calendar month. We may change pricing or plan limits with reasonable notice.

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we may modify or discontinue features at our discretion.

You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to us or others. Certain records, such as run history, may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tolkra disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of AI-generated output. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss arising from your reliance on extraction results.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
