How it works
Four steps from paper to your systems
A builder sets up the flow once. After that, runners only take photos, check the result and submit, on the phones they already carry. Each photo becomes structured data: the fields you chose, each with a confidence score.

Build a flow
Builder · once per document type
A flow is the list of fields you want from one kind of document. Each field is text, a number, a date, yes/no or a value from a fixed list. Add a hint where the AI needs one, such as "the total including VAT" or "the number under the barcode". Publish the flow and your runners can use it.

Take the photo
Runner · every document
The runner opens Tolkra in the phone browser, picks the flow and photographs the document. There is no app to install. The AI reads the image and returns each field with a confidence score.

Check and submit
Runner · before anything is final
The runner sees the values next to the photo. Fields with a low score are marked for checking. The runner corrects anything wrong and submits. The run goes into the workspace log with the photo attached.

Send the data on

When a run is submitted, Tolkra sends it to the outputs set on the flow. A webhook posts JSON to your warehouse, accounting or ERP system. An email goes to the addresses you list. The run log exports as CSV whenever you need it.

What every run includes
A score on every field
Each extracted field comes back with a confidence score as a percentage. Low scores are marked "check" on the review screen, so the runner looks at those first.
Kept in the EU
Images are stored in EU regions and the AI that reads them runs in EU regions too.
Roles for each job
Owners manage billing. Builders set up flows. Runners take the photos. Invite people by email and limit a runner to the flows they need.
A record of every run
Each run keeps the original photo, the extracted values, any corrections, who submitted it and when.
Run it on your own documents
The Free plan includes 20 runs a month. That is enough to build a flow and test it on real invoices or labels.
