Pricing questions
- What counts as a run?
- One document that a runner photographs and submits through a flow. Retaking the photo before submitting costs nothing. Only submitted runs count towards the monthly limit.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The Free plan needs no card. You enter payment details only when you upgrade to Starter, and Stripe handles the checkout.
- What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
- New runs can't be submitted until the next calendar month or until you upgrade. Your flows, members and run history stay as they are.
- Does deleting a run give it back?
- No. The monthly count only goes up. Deleting a run from the history hides it but does not free a run.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Starter is billed monthly with no minimum term. Cancel from the billing page. You keep Starter until the paid period ends, and then the workspace moves back to Free.
- Where is my data processed?
- Images are stored in EU regions and the AI that reads them runs in EU regions too. Your documents do not leave the EU.
