Pricing questions
What counts as a run?
A run is one photographed document processed through a flow. Retaking a photo before submitting doesn't consume an extra run — only submitted runs count towards your monthly limit.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no card at all. You only enter payment details if you upgrade to Starter, and checkout is handled securely by Stripe.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
Submitting new runs pauses until the next calendar month, or instantly resumes when you upgrade. Your flows, team, and run history are never touched.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Starter is billed monthly with no minimum term. Cancel from the billing page and you keep Starter until the end of the paid period, then move back to Free automatically.
Where is my data processed?
Image storage and AI processing run entirely in EU regions. Your documents don't leave the EU — useful when compliance says they can't.
